Endovascular lithotripsy and DCB angioplasty for a severely calcified SFA CTO

CTOs and severe calcification challenge the results of endovascular therapy. In this case endovascular lithotripsy was used for the vessel preparation prior to DCB angioplasty for a severely calcified CTO of the distal SFA.
