Fenestrated endgraft late failure correction using an inner-branched device

This is a recorded live case about a patient treated for a type Ia endoleak two years after FEVAR (2 fens for the renals and scallop for SMA).

We planned a CM 4 inner-branched endograft with semi-branches for the renals and a retrograde branch for the LRA (since the convenient orientation of the previous LRA bridging stent)

Good result at the end with endoleak resolution into the aneurysmal sac.
