On the table fenestrations of thoracic stent for the treatment of aortic arch dissection
We describe step by step a case the performance of fenestrations anf implantation of the endograft. We performed on the table fenestrations for the TBC, left carotid and left subclavian artery on a Valiant Captivia thoracic endograft for the endovascular treatment of residual arch dissection of a surgically high risk patient.

it is a very challenge case, and well done. just wonder, how many markers did you add on the stent graft and how did you guys adjust the clockwise position. thanks.
