Onyx embolisation of a type 2 endoleak after EVAR

This is a recorded case presenting all important steps of type 2 endoleak embolization with Onyx (Medtronic). The source of the endoleak was the inferior mesenteric artery, which was reached as usually from the SMA to the middle colic artery (mostly on the right side of the SMA in AP projection) and the Riolan anastomosis.
