Do you think that, we should use DCBs in BTK lesions only in the framework of clinical trials?
And if not, which kind of lesions would you treat with DCB angioplasty below the knee?

In my opinion DCB in BTK arteries should be reserved within a clinical trial until further evidence of superiority is available.
