Surgeon Modified TEVAR in subacute CTBAD

This is a tutorial about performing on table pre-cannulated standard TEVAR fenestration and subsequent aneurysm repair, in patient with subacute CTBAD. Considering the urgency setting and the aortic arch morphology , the use of a market  custom-made device was not reasonable.
