Use of HERO graft as alternative for limited hemodialysis access

This presentation describes the characteristics of the HERO graft as an alternative for central vein obstructions, exhausted venous situation, recurrent occlusions of dialysis catheters or AV access at the groin. It includes a case report as well as a review of the current literature.
